Pillar was founded in January 2002 by Ralph W. Boaz. Mr. Boaz has 27 years experience in aerospace, transportation, manufacturing and computer science research. He has gained a broad project management, systems engineering and software development background while working as a senior engineering manager, software developer, and consultant.
